The Walking Way

WORKSHOP CANCELED

Walking as a Way of Life
How to Walk Well
with
Pleasure, Poise, Peace, Power, and Purpose

CANCELED

Yes, in this workshop you will learn to walk well. As it turns out, the skills required for walking well are the same skills required for living well: balance, stability, mobility, strength, suppleness, breath, coordination, power, vitality. It makes sense that, metaphorically, to walk means to live. The Diné sing, “Wandering on a trail of beauty, lively, may I walk.” We walk for health, for fitness, to help us think and breathe. We walk alongside others in friendship and for social change. We walk for inspiration and for transformation. Learn to walk well, and your life may change forever, for the better.

No matter where you are with your walking life, this workshop will help you.

Are you dealing with injuries that make walking difficult?

Is walking not comfortable for you and you want it to be?

Do you like to walk and want to know how to walk really well?

Would you like to know how to walk freely, naturally, in balance, with poise and power?

Are you a hiker who wants to know how to walk up and down hills?

Do you want to know how breathing really works?

If so, then take this workshop.
