Sentados en la compu, tendemos a querer ir hacia la compu con la cabeza. La computadora es un estímulo muy fuerte a la cual tendemos a reaccionar empujando la cabeza hacia adelante. Esto comprime las vertebras y acorta toda la zona de cuello, hombros y tórax. Para prevenir esto, me gusta recordar el espacio atras de mi cuello y mi cabeza, lo que me ayuda a no flexionar desde la base del cuello. Si quiero acercarme, recuerdo de que puedo flexionar en la cadera. Esto me ayuda a estar erguida sin esfuerzo.
