Hoy, además de mis direcciones principales (cuello libre, cabeza soltando hacia adelante y arriba, espalda larga y ancha), voy a pensar en mi espalda atrás. Cuando camino, mientras espero el colectivo, sentada en la compu, mirando el celular, pienso en el espacio atrás mío y no solo en lo que veo adelante o en mi objetivo. Permito una expansión hacia atrás que me ayuda a no fijar cabeza hacia adelante y ampliar mis posibilidades de moverme siempre. Que tengan un lindo día!
